PVC entrance door design
Plastic entrance doors are manufactured of durable PVC material. This material has excellent resistance to adverse weather conditions and retains its functional properties for a long time. Due to a multi-chamber profile technology with 76 mm installation depth and the use of a threshold with a thermal break, PVC insert panel doors provide high thermal and sound insulation. Door panels are filled with hard PUR or XPS foam. Reinforcements guarantee proper static and mechanical properties, and thus make it possible to design external PVC panel doors of up to 1200 x 2400 mm.
PVC entrance doors are manufactured of 76 AD profiles. The use of 126 mm high leaves reinforced with a 2.5 mm thick closed steel profiles guarantees long-term and faultless operation. Door leaves feature infill panels, multiple glazing units or decorative insert panels, which allows to customize the door to customer requirements.
The standard equipment of the PVC entrance door includes aluminium thresholds with thermal insulation, and optionally threshold-less solutions with the use of automatic threshold seals.

Due to the smart design, PVC entrance doors achieve excellent thermal insulation properties. The heat-transfer coefficient (Ud) for the door size of 1130 x 2100 is min. 1.5 W/m2K. Soundproof glass used in entrance doors provides an excellent protection against noise and and guarantee acoustic comfort.

Standard hardware for PVC entrance doors include automatic five-point locks that significantly contribute to the security of the building. The door leaf is hung on three surface (optionally roller or concealed) hinges. Nitus entrance doors can be supplied with a frame-mounted door closer. As a manufacturer of PVC external doors, we care about safety and comfort of use by offering our customers the next-generation access control system. As part of the system, our doors may be supplied with electromagnetic strikes and multipoint espagnolettes controlled by: numeric keypad, fingerprint reader, Bluetooth or RFID system.

Side and top daylights
A visual lightness and sophisticated style of the entire structure is provided by glazed partitions – side and top daylights. Each of our PVC entrance doors can feature functional and yet attractive elements that fill your hall or vestibule with daylight. The additional side or top daylights emphasize the sophisticated design of the door, providing almost endless possibilities in planning the exterior of your house. The side or top daylights can be added to both standard single-leaf and double-leaf front doors.
