Aluminium entrance doors
Aluminium entrance doors are very popular among customers for whom technical parameters, functionality and quality are as important as the design itself. The doors are made of durable aluminium profiles, which guarantees their high durability, resistance to harmful weather conditions and mechanical damage. Unlike traditional wooden doors, aluminium entrance doors do not require a second coat. Their visual appearance fit in perfectly into both classic and modern architecture. The maximum leaf size of aluminium entrance panel doors is 1200 mm x 2400 mm.
Design
Top class modern aluminium entrance doors
Nitus aluminium entrance doors are available in three systems with different types of panels used. Infill of the door to a large extent supports the functionality of the door and affects the visual effect. The following infill types are available: double-sided flush panel, single-sided flush panel and insert panel. Each type of infill provides a high level of safety, robustness and energy efficiency.
Double-sided flush panel
The system of aluminium double-sided doors is made of 90 mm deep profiles. On the outside, 3 mm thick aluminium sheet evenly covers the entire face of the door leaf. The infill is made of hard polyurethane foam. On the inside, the entrance door is covered with a 2 mm thick aluminium sheet. As a result, the external aluminium doors have a smooth and elegant surface on both sides. The heat transfer coefficient Ud of double-side flush panel doors is min. 0.8 W/m2K.
Single-sided flush panel
On the outside, the face of the single-sided flush panel door is covered with high-quality 3 mm thick aluminium sheet. The 58 mm thick entrance door leaf is insulated with rigid polyurethane foam. On the inside, the leaf frame is visible, and infill is covered with 2 mm thick aluminium sheet. Good thermal insulation of aluminium entrance doors in this system is ensured by the heat transfer coefficient Ud of 1.0 W/m2K.
Insert panel
The door leaf is made of aluminium profiles with installation depth of 90, 75 or 65 mm. Door leaf joints are visible both from the outside and the inside. Nitus entrance door is covered on both sides with a 1.5 mm thick aluminium sheet. The system is filled with rigid PUR or XPS foam. Its smart design ensures that the heat transfer coefficient Ud of modern Nitus home entrance doors is min. 1.1 W/m2K.
Aluminium entrance door accessories
The design of Nitus aluminium entrance door is based on modern aluminium systems designed for safety and to maintain high thermal insulation properties. Our offer includes two versions of panels. The 58 mm thick single-sided flush panel where leaf joints are hidden on the outside, or the double-sided flush panel with an installation depth and a leaf thickness of 90 mm for matching surface on both sides. The infill of Nitus entrance doors consists of durable aluminium sheet panels and a solid insulation layer made of PUR foam. To ensure user safety and property protection, we have implemented a number of proven and innovative technologies.

High thermal insulation
The design of the aluminium entrance door is based on a three-chamber system of aluminium profiles with a thermal break. The leaf is filled with warm PUR foam considered to be the best thermal insulator. Due to high insulation parameters with Ud of 0.8 W/m2K, Nitus entrance doors are effectively used in energy-efficient and passive houses.
Safety
The main feature that protects the house against burglary is a three-point automatic lock. Nitus entrance doors can be supplied with a door closer concealed in the door leaf or anti-burglary bolts to prevent the door from being removed if hinges are cut.
Timeless design

Side and top daylights
All models of aluminium panel doors can be extended with extra side and top daylights in various configurations. Top daylights fitted directly above the door leaf and side daylights allow more light to the interior and effectively brighten it. In addition to the standard top and side daylights fitted to a single-leaf door, they can also be used with in double-leaf aluminium doors with active and passive door leaves.
