Privacy Policy

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data collected through www.nitus.pl website, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”.
  2. The owner of the Website and the Controller of the personal data is P.P.H.U. NITUS Piotr Nowak with its registered seat in Drużków Pustki 9 32-862 Porąbka  Iwkowska, Tax ID No.: 8691390314, hereinafter referred to as NITUS.
  3. Personal data collected by Nitus throught the Website are processed pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/678 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR.
  4. NITUS takes the utmost care to protect the privacy of Users visiting the Website.
  • §1 The purpose and scope of data collection
  1. Users’ personal data is collected in the following cases:
    1. Signing up to the Website’s Partner Zone in order to create and manage an individual account,
    2. Using the Contact Forms on the Website in order to perform a contract for the provision of services by electronic means,
    3. Using the Estimate Request Form in order to perform a contract for the provision of services by electronic means,
  2. When signing up for an account in our Website’s Partner Zone, the following data must be provided:
    1. Company name,
    2. Tax/VAT ID number,
    3. E-mail address,
    4. Name and surname.
  3. After signing up for an account in our Website’s Partner Zone, the User receives an auto-generated password. The User may change the password at any time later, as set out in §5.
  4. When using the Contact Form, the following data must be provided:
    1. Name and surname,
    2. Telephone number,
    3. E-mail address.
  5. When using the Estimate Request Form, the following data must be provided:
    1. Name and Surname,
    2. E-mail address,
    3. Telephone number,
    4. Town/City,
    5. State/Province.
  6. When using the Cooperation Form, the following data must be provided:
    1. Name and Surname,
    2. Company name,
    3. E-mail address,
    4. Telephone number,
    5. Town/City,
    6. State/Province.
  7. When using the Job Application Forms, the following data must be provided:
    1. Name and surname,
    2. E-mail address,
    3. Telephone number.
  8. When using the Website, additional information may be collected, in particular: the IP address of the User’s computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, web browser, visit time, operating system.
  9. Navigation data may be collected from Users, including information about links clicked or other actions performed on the Website.
  10. Providing personal data to NITUS is voluntary, with the reservation that failure to provide data specified in the forms shall prevent the User from signing up for an account in the Partner Area, as well as from receiving answers to questions sent and settling the matter.
  • §2 Who we share your data with, who we entrust its processing, and how long we retain it?
  1. The User’s Personal Data is shared service providers used by NITUS to operate the Website. Service providers to whom data is transferred, depending on contractual arrangements and circumstances, are subject to NITUS instructions regarding the purposes and methods of processing such data (data processors).
    1. Data processors NITUS employs service suppliers who process data only as instructed by NITUS. These include providers of hosting services, marketing systems, Website traffic analysis systems, marketing campaign analysis systems.
  2. Users’ personal data is stored:
    1. If we process the personal data on the basis of User consent, the personal data will be processed by NITUS until the consent is revoked,
    2. If we process the personal data based on the performance of the contact/agreement, the personal data will be processed by NITUS for as long as it is required for the performance of the contract/agreement.
  3. Users’ data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area only to Google if they consent to the use of cookies. Google is a recipient certified in the US under the Privacy Shield, which guarantees that it must provide relevant security measures to protect data in accordance with Article 46 of GDPR.
  • §3 Cookies, IP address
  1. The Website uses small files called “cookies”. Cookies are saved by NITUS on the user’s device when visiting the Website, if saving cookies in enabled by the web browser. Cookies allow to recognize the User’s device and display the Website tailored to user individual preferences. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage period on the User device and a unique identifier.
  2. NITUS uses two types of cookies:
    1. Session cookies – temporary files that remain on the User’s device until logging out of the Partner Zone or closing the software (web browser),
    2. Persistent cookies – they remain on the device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are manually deleted by the User.
  3. NITUS uses its own cookies to:
    1. Authenticate Users on the Website and maintain their sessions in the Website Partner Zone, so the Users do not have to re-enter the login details and password on every page of the Website,
    2. Carry out analysis and research and audience audit, and in particular to create statistics that help understand how Users use the Website in order to improve its layout and content.
  4. NITUS uses external cookies to:
    1. Display a map on the Website to show the location of NITUS office, using the maps.google.com website (external cookies controlled by Google Inc. with its registered seat in the USA).
    2. Collect statistics through Google Analytics web analysis tool (external cookies controlled by Google Inc. with its registered seat in the USA).
  5. If the User does not wish to receive cookies, then the settings of the User’s device need to be changed to block the automatic handling of cookies. These settings are available in the software (web browser) installed on the User’s device or on the web browser provider’s website. Please note that limiting or disabling cookies may affect some features of the Website, and in some cases you may not be able to use the Website.
  6. Our Website contains links to other websites. NITUS is not responsible for privacy practices of such other websites.
  • §4 The rights of data subjects
  1. You have the right to have access to your personal data, right to correct, delete or limit processing, and right to transfer the data.
  • §5 Security management – password
  1. By using the SSL certificate, NITUS provide Users with secure and encrypted connection when submitting personal data and logging in to the Website’s Partner Zone.
  2. If you lost or forgot your password to access your account on the Website, you can generate a new password through the Website. NITUS do not send password reminders. The password is stored in an encrypted form so that it cannot be read. In order to generate a new password, the User must provide an e-mail address used to register on the Website, in the form under the “I forgot my password” link. An e-mail with a link to the dedicated form on the Website where the User can set new password will be sent to the e-mail address provided during registration or last changed in the User’s profile.
  3. NITUS never sends any correspondence, including electronic correspondence, asking for login details, in particular the password to the User’s account.
  • §6 Modifications to this Privacy Policy
  1. NITUS reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy, if it is required by applicable law, the technical conditions and functioning of the Website have changed, or the change has introduced higher standards than the minimum required by law.
