Design solutions

Nitus sliding patio doors are available in unique and technologically advanced systems, thus the optimal solution can be selected and adapted to the building’s structural conditions.

The first type consists of PSK tilt and slide doors and PAS hoist-sliding doors based on 76 AD and 76 MD window profile systems. With guides and rails, sliding systems save space in rooms, ensuring seamless opening of large door leaves. These systems offer many opening diagrams. Fixed and sliding leaves can be combined in various configurations. Depending on the requirements, only one or both leaves can be sliding. Due to its cost-effectiveness, this type of joinery is the most popular among sliding systems on the market.

The second type consists of HST lift and slide doors available in two types of profiles: KBE PremiDoor 76 and KBE PremiDoor 76 Lux. The HST system is the perfect solution to achieve larger patio glazing. HST patio doors operate on the basis of a lift and slide opening system. The mechanism lifts the leaf moving on special rollers, and then the leaf can be open along the rail mounted in the threshold area. The system provides almost endless design flexibility. It is available in a number of different layouts of leaves and fixed sections. The HST sliding door has a low threshold allow for easy movement between the inside and the patio or balcony.
